Your privacy

TripRecheck uses the name, email address, optional phone number, travel details, and files you submit to review your inquiry, contact you about your trip, and help arrange your travel. Your inquiry is stored in a private advisor inbox and forwarded, including any uploaded itinerary, to our business email through Resend, our email-delivery provider. For connected Facebook and TikTok forms, Make transfers your submitted details to our intake system.

What to include

Share only what we need to understand your plans. Remove payment details, passport numbers, and booking access codes before uploading an itinerary.

Site analytics

TripRecheck counts visits, public page views, referral domains, campaign labels, and successful inquiries using first-party requests. We store daily totals, not names, email addresses, IP addresses, detailed browser fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers. Session storage prevents every page opened in the same tab from being counted as a new visit and is cleared when that browsing session ends. This reporting does not use analytics cookies and does not track the private advisor workspace.

Advertising cookies

If you allow advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits to our public home page and successful inquiry submissions. Meta receives browser and device information, the page address, and advertising identifiers, and may link this activity to your Meta account to measure and personalize advertising.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, travel details, uploaded files, or inquiry reference as part of those events. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Tracking is not installed in the private advisor inbox.

You can decline these cookies and still use the entire inquiry form. To change your choice, select Cookie preferences in the home page footer. Declining stops future tracking from this site; it does not remove data already received by Meta. You can manage that through Meta’s privacy controls.
